I was trying to pull this one back earlier today...I only got 28" ...I'm a wuss  :-[  :laugh:

Ryoon did launch some Arras from it in Marty's shop...that was fun ;)

Thanks guys! I really appreciate all the comments. Got to put a few shots through it but at a bag about 12 feet away. Shoots pretty well and not a whole lot of hand shock! It's difficult to pull back but has the feeling of doing a weight lifting rep.

Maxspin, If I were to change anything I would have went smaller on the tips and gotten the outer limb bending more. So maybe leave the handle slightly thicker to keep it stiffer.

Carson, This is the first time I've done the burned in bowyers mark. I'll probably do it on more of my bows from now on.

Dictionary, I'm not sure if it follows the 5/8 rule but my guess is that its pretty close. The belly is rounded quite a bit.

bow101, A stringer makes it the easiest part about shooting this bow.  ;D


ScottD, There's not as much hand shock as I expected and it launches the 1000 grain arrows I have pretty well.

Very nice looking bow Ryan! Im not a warbow guy but theres no denying that is an awesome piece of wood you got there. It does make my fingers, wrists and elbows very uncomfortable just thinking about pulling that much weight.

Thanks guys! A few of us at Marty's have been tossing it around and giving it a pull. I need to find somewhere to flight shoot with it so I can see what it can really do. It seems pretty quick.
