I didnt cut it....i only steam bend the other tip, to mach the one wich is already bend....right now it has some sort of R/D shape, with the tips being realy reflexed...i think its to much reflex right now iin the tips, maybe i will have to cut 2" from each tip...i will see....here is some new photos..

That is looking good Akila. I would seal that back up real good if it was still green.  Those whole branches can hold a lot of moisture under that bark, and it seems they dry into deflex when roughed out.

I did not remove the bark of the back yet.....the branch wass  kinda medium dry....anyway, i will leave it alone for a while, to dry , and i will put pictures, whenn im starting to work on it...:)

Hello guys...today i finished the bow...and here are the pictures...the bow ended up being 38lbs @ 29"..its 60" long ntn along the curves...it wass realy funn to build this bow...to be honest i didnt think it will survive....the saap wod has a realy weir colore in a fiew places, i also have a small hall in one limb, but, the bow is still intact..:)..here are the pictures..

It actually kind of looks like an over-sized horsebow to me! That thing is awesome, bet it will chuck an arrow like a rocket!  :)

Nice work with a tough stave! how much heartwood do you have left on those working limbs? It's hard to tell from the pictures.
