just looking at the fd on the first bow I was thinking it was a d/r and the tips were opening up, never would have thought pyramid

Ok, here are the stats. 45@26, 59" ntn, with an 11 inch non bending handle, and its amazing how a stick can make you want to jump off a cliff. This bow gets the most irritating build of the year award for me, and its not even Feb.  Here are the profile shots.







Now, tell me what yall think about the tiller now that you have all the evidence.

mild d/r like I thought, I would have just gone with a shorter handle section to get some more wood working, shoot'em up, Bub

Did some final touch up tillering. I shortened the upper limb one inch, re heat treated it, and did a small bit of scraping on the lower limb. Final stats are 47#@26, 58 inches ntn, And she shoots great. I am happy now. What say yall?

Thanks, man I gadda tell ya, satisfaction feels great. Still not perfect, but darn close. Not bad for a bow only made with a knife....

I ment to do this bow as a build along, but honestly, I forgot too... Here are a few pics of the build though. I am still not sure on the type of elm this is... seems I am missing a couple pictures. I will post them also when I get the chance, though it seems rather anti climatic now though....
