Second bow in 3 years
« on: January 12, 2013, 05:59:50 pm »
Hello again.
Here is the other bow I made after my granddaughters.
This is my first recurve. It came in about 10lbs under what I wanted but it shots nice and feels heavier.
Next one will be better.
The Osage I use is the twisted, knotty, humpy cramp you ever seen but I use it. LOL
I had to do alot of straightening on this one.
Anyway here some pictures.

You sure haven't lost too much over the last few years, Don. The tiller is right on. Very nice bow.  8)

Good looking bow Don.
Only when the last tree has died and the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realize we cannot eat money.
