Yeah kip the sun was a nice surprise but I don't think it got above 34:)

Yeah it's a pretty good range, worth the hour drive. I might be going there more often:)

Got a couple e-mails this morning from some of the wheelie bow guys we met, and from someone else in the area wanting to get into natural material bows.... There must be something in this Oregon water  :o

Glad you like those fir shafts.  I know where you can get some more  >:D

Those fellas that we bumped into on the 3D course emailed you? That's awesome. What did they say?

Yep they found this website and the post and asked for a good learning resource. I told him about the TTBB.
And another guy named Keith emailed me saying he lived in Olympia and was looking for some extra help so I pointed him in Brian's direction :) (I hope that's alright)

Stickbow Evangelism!  Preachin' and teachin' the Faith!

Loved those photos of the piles of stickbows.  Prettiest pile of curvaceous creativity!
Guns have triggers. Bicycles have wheels. Trees and bows have wooden limbs.

We should have lined up all the wood bows at the gathering all together. that would have looked pretty awesome.

That looks like it was a great time!  I recognize quite a few of those bows in the pics.  Someday, I'm gonna figure out how to do that Strunk wrap.  I have a Pacific yew elb in the works and that wrap is the only wrap that it will get.  Even if I have to hire one of you Pacific northwestern bowyers to do it!  Josh

Josh, I hope you recognize at least one of those bows in the pile! There was a Prairie Rattler slithering around in there.  ;) Everybody thought your bow was awesome. I can't wait to see your elb, you should post some WIP pics.
