Thanks Guys,it does shoot nice at my range,so no excuses for missing deer now. ;) ;D ;D Clint it does seem simpler with a clean piece, the last couple I have made were clean wood and it's nice for a change, just a good solid bow. :) I got some snaky /holey wood to work on when I get in the mood but for now the clean stuff is pretty nice to deal with. :) I forgot to mention the wood was cut in 04,shaped in 06 straightened and re flexed in 2010 and finished in 2012 so it was well seasoned. ;) :) I know some say it don't matter ,but I like seasoned wood, wether it be Osage or white wood. :)

Sweet bow Pappy! I don't expect you miss too many deer anyway.

I guess coming from the east coast (and by east coast I mean everything east of the Sierra Nevada) I can understand why you'd think Osage was King.  >:D >:D >:D

The name on the bow says it all Pappy.

Very nice bow, but I want the vise. So far I agree with the king part too. How do you feel about the grip now that you have made one?
