saved some wood from work

I managed to salvage quite a bit of wood from a jobsite I was clearing. I got some very nice the logs from here and also some help splitting them. Here are some pics. The logs I got were elm, black locust, maple, and cherry.







Here is video so you can see how well the machine splits the logs.

That is a nice bonus.  That splitting method you got there sure looks easy on the back.

Nice haul, looks like a lot of bows in there. Nice log splitter too.

reminds me of the time we split a couple of truckloads of firewood (for the lady who let us hunt
on her land) with a track-hoe. the log splitter wasn't running right and there was a track-hoe available....
wasn't my idea. one of the guys I hunt with worked on construction equipment and made the comment that he
had seen countless loads of wood split with a track-hoe.
