Unfortunately, after several months of desk job I can't even draw this to 28" any more.  I can on the tillering tree and it's tillered fine.  >65# 28".

It was a goal to make the heaviest bow I could.  Now what to do with it?  I have others that I can draw.

The arrows are bamboo footed maple.  Uisng up bamboo scrapws from my cores.  I was trying to pitch them then I thought "Hey these pieces would make nice footings".
enjoy.

Everything is ideal.  Even the video is great.  I saw the comment there and I was going to say I think you should consider selling it if its something you won't reduce or something you probably won't use.  Since its so nice I would either give it as a gift or sell it.

You do nice work man, that looks like a really sweet setup.  Start pumping iron so we can see a demo!  >:D

Very nice work, particularly on those arrows.  I am always impressed with higher weight bows.  I have been trying to hit the 65 lb mark and it is not easy.
"The bow is the old first lyre,
the mono chord, the initial rune of fine art
The humanities grew out from archery as a flower from a seed
No sooner did the soft, sweet note of the bow-string charm the ear of genius than music was born, and from music came poetry and painting and..." Maurice Thompso

I know!  I would have never thought!  How in gods name did they make those 100#+ war bows?

Camaroo,
Pumping iron would be a bad idea for me I just can't figure out when I'd do it.  Right now my most rigorous exercise is the "Jo Lift" that I do 2x a day then pushing a mouse around for 8 hours.

Looks good, Scott! Nice job!!
