this is the next to last bow i have to build before i do another for me, i built my mailman a bow for him and his boy a ways back and he was talking about how his daughter was shooting it more and better than his son, and how much she liked the movie, so this is gonna be a suprize for her, got to full brace before i had to ice up, 54" ntn, still gotta go a few more inches but it's comeing right along, Bub

Looking good
I really like the shape of this bow.
If you don't mind me asking, how do you get that shape? A caul for each limb? full length form?

Nice job, Bub. What kind of wood is that? Hickory?

Not too shabby for a "old gimp", the design is real eye candy for sure. I really like the braced profiles on all your bows, very, very nicely done sir!!!!

i think every time you can get a bow in someone's hand's it's worth it, that's why 99% of my bows are gift's, got to pass it on, Bub

well guy's here she is, 25#@ 24" 54" ntn hard maple, 1 1/2" wide at the fades, art sinew wraps where i had to glue down a few slivers from bending the tips , purely cosmetic, floppy rest and a couple a arrows, still have to find my field point's to put on the arrows and write her name on the bow, hope she likes it, Bub
