That is a very nice looking deer, especially for a traditional bowhunt. I'd be absolutely thrilled if I managed to take even his runty little brother.

Thanks muches all.  I just ate a couple bowls of stew he provided me.  I'd sure as heck shoot him again.  Really tasty.  Just right.  I think he is better than the does from this early in the season while they are still kind of thin from raising kids.  Later on, after the rut, flip that.  But he sure is good right now.
