mulligan(aka Problem child2.0).....$ shot p2
« on: September 19, 2012, 03:27:49 am »
Hi all, a while back I had finished a bow named problem child. it was a 2 piece take down made from a pair of billits that I got from gstoneberg. it was a decent shooter but sometime between then and now I had learned of a few ways to improve it.... so Mulligan , it was time to redo it! so what I did is 1 narrow the tips by almost 50 percent 2 I flipped the tips a little more aggressively , and added ebony overlays. and cosmetically I removed the knot and filled it with turquoise , I added snake skins to the back , and after the crack started adversely affecting the skin I cut the section out and filled the crack with turquoise also. it has picked up some speed , and lost a little hand shock. all in all I'm happy with the results , please let me know what y'all think , and let me know where I might have been able to make other improvements. I will trickle The pics in as I can.
Thanks ;)

I have got about 100 shots through it so far , and the turquoise Seems to be holding in the tension side Will see if it continues to do so
