I have 3.
"The AudubonField Guide To North American Mushrooms"
"MUSHROOMS The New Compact Study Guide and Identifier", by David Pegler & Brian Spooner
"Poisonous and Hallucinogenic MUSHROOMS" by Richard & Karen Haard

Mushrooms Demystified by David Aroura
100 Edible Mushrooms by Ernie Kuo
The Audubon Guide that Pat mentioned.
There are also several good regional texts. Mushrooms of West Virginia and the Central Appalachians is the best one I've found so far for my area.

Progress might have been all right once but it's gone on for far too long.
