Very nice bow.  Did you stain under the skins to darken them like that?

Sinew never does quit curing.

Tom Sawyer, no, I didn't stain it. I use TBIII and it always has a dark brown hue when it cures. I was actually hoping that the skins wouldn't be so transparent, as I wanted a more gold look than the silver that it ended up. Still very happy though. Thanks again to everyone else who like it. Makes the effort al the more worth while.

You know, every time I string this thing up, I notice that the top limb is just ever so slightly stiffer than the bottom. I know it should be the other way around, but since it's shooting so well and has almost no hand shock, I'm gonna let this one slide. As my mother would say, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." lol

Sure and next week the lower limb might be stiffer.  Thats just how sinew is.  You really don't want to chase it too closely.

That's why I figure that it's best to just let it be. With how it shoots, no sense in messing with it.
