I will on occasion,but most of the time I un string, first off it ant a race and second I think it does the bow good to string and un string.It is also a lot easier on the tiller string not getting all the dust and shavings on the loops,keeps them from getting dry and fraying then split a nock for you,when that happens all the time you saved is for naut.  :) :)

I use the same method as Pearl Drums....but my tillering strings end up looking like Pappy describes...

Wax it Dave. Its works fine and wont dry out or split any nocks. I cant see any benefit to string and unstring a bow several dozen times while tillering. Just my spin and it work for my bows.
