I am sure he was joking. How about a northern side notch that way guys could use them for hunting this fall. Then we post later the deer with the point.

My ignorance makes me ask if there is any difference with this point from any other side notched point?

Yay!  We can use copper on this one and still be authentic.  ;D >:D

And I can use the danish dagger when hunting pigs and be REALLY authentic.  I'm in.

Umm... I thought we vetoed the dagger thing?!? I'm ok with whatever but like George, I think I will have to sit this one out.

If we're doing a side notch, then somebody please come up with a picture for me so I know what we are shootin for.

I'm too gullible... ::) but someday I'd like to learn to make one for sure.  The scary thing about this hobby is that the more you learn, the more you realise there is to learn.

Well, looks like someone needs to get it started off...

It was plenty hot today, so I didn't want to waste any movement. And I was pleased when this came out of the first rock I picked up today. I did set it down during midday and come back to it later, but nonetheless I didn't break it thru all that. MAN is it HOT!
