Looks a lot like a Perdiz point.    I'm game.

You sure that copper is not a spearhead?  Those are awesome artifacts!

it was what I though too at first sight but the official version is that it was a knife (a dagger could be a better translation). just translated the text

Due to the great participation  >:D I feel obliged to find and share more informations

In a document they say the dagger is  cm 14 ½ long with a base of 6 cm.
We can guesstimate the lenght of the arrowheads at about 7 cm.
they are flaked both sides
the axe in made of diorite

here a long article in italian (many interesting pictures) on this artifacts and other from 2 nearby burials

This used to be the best thread in knapping. :)
Sure, it's a place to show off your skill.
But more than that it is imo a terrific way to sharpen that skill.
Being regulated to produce a particular point is way more
challenging than just settling for what ever comes out.
I had fun and learned a lot. A real lot.
We still have time to do December. Want to learn?
I suggest a Morrow Mt. It's pretty easy and Glis's drawing above
should work for a model.

You didn't kill it glis, it ebbs and flows depending on interest and activity levels. I'm starting to sit down at the bench more lately and wouldn't mind resurrecting this monthly challenge also. Can I suggest a more advance level point be chosen as well?

X2 what Scott said Glis.
I have no problem with a harder point
but was honestly hoping for a lot of the newer
members to get involved. Hence, a graduation from
less difficult to more advanced.
No matter it's all up to a vote. Thanks for replies.

How bout a Nebo hill? That might work for both actually as the more advance should be able to make this one look amazing!
