« on: March 27, 2012, 04:18:53 am »
I have 12 bayonet blanks with the following specs to trade:
-Military surplus M1 Garand bayonet blanks made by Camillus(New York factory)
-1095HC steel
-These are only cut out to profile, there is no sharpened edge or bevel
-12 1/4 inches overall length
-3/16 in. thick
-1 3/16 in. wide
-Blade portion is 7 5/8 in. long
I am looking to trade for just about anything material wise that can be used to build a primitive bow

I don't have any staves or things of that nature to trade but I do have ballistic kevlar panels if that is something you might be interested in.

I might be able to come up with some deer rawhide for bow backing.

I have some exotic wood in board form that would make a terrific bow, but will require a backing. Even have some rough cut into pyramid bow shapes. (Yellowheart, Bubinga, Zebrawood, +++).
