Gonna work on mine some more tomorrow so I'll have pictures soon of my progress, my computer went out on me so I'm stuck on my phone till that's fixed :-\

Well my trade bow is a no go :-[ I had the bow almost to its final draw length and weight and it crystled!!! O well part of the game of making bows. The tiller looked good and I was working over at John Strunks as he is my only local bow building buddy and he had confirmed the tiller was good.I hadnt noticed any crystles earlier in tillering but there were several all at once as I neared finish. I havent done allot of work with buckthorn or chittum but I had always heard it was very strong in compresion :-\. Gonna have to dig into the stash of staves and pick another one probably wont be chittum :( ill probably go with old faithfull Vine Maple  :-\
