 I think a guy needs to keep at least one really good shooter he has made but I understand giving them all away. I was impressed with the number of responses that say they give away most of theirs too. I currently only have 1 bow thats made by me and I recently finished that one ( 1 mth ago).Time will tell if it remains in my possesion.  I have given away everyone I have made with the exception of the first and that one will never leave me. Its been retired to the wall.  Danny

Once it became "easier" to build bows it was easier to give them away. You realize, "hey I can build ten more just like it, just give the damn thing to him!". I dont keep track or count of what I build or where they all go, but Im guessing I will eclipse 100 bows this year. I cant even imagine where I would store them all had I not given them away. It was refreshing seeing all the other folks giving theirs away and telling me to keep this one, I think I will do just that!

Thanks Charlie! Somebody in this years swap is going to regret telling me to keep this one for myself! I got the tips done and its tillered to a low brace. WOW she is going to be a stunner if she holds strong.

I added a few more pics. The drawn pic is 40# @ 20". Thats exactly where I like to be when Im shooting for 50-52# bows. I havent drawn it beyond 20" yet. I havent drawn it past 40# so far either. I like super baby'ing bows until I think my tiller is cool, Im getting close to a cool tiller now. The tip pic stinks, our 1/2 mp camera doesnt like getting closer than 3 feet!
