some of my stuff
« on: January 14, 2012, 02:47:38 pm »
I'm new around here and some of the guys were asking for pictures. Hopefully I do this right. The first 3 pics are a R/D hick/ash and a hick/wenge. The last picture is some finished and unfinished stuff. Sorry no full draw shots(i am on baby duty with no one around).

Guess I better get back out there and learn some more.

Great looking 'stuff' sir. Glade to have you here!

Hi Paul,

The hickory backed wenge looks awesome, I have some hickory and wenge lying around could you tell my a bit more about using wenge as a belly wood? Is it hard to tiller? Does it chrysal easily?

And how does this bow preform? If I remeber correctly wenge is pretty heavy, any handschock??

Greetings,

Stefan
