Howdy Bakh,

Wow!  Very nice bow!

So, can you go hunting with that bow in your country?  I hope so.

All the Best,
Canoe

Very nice job Bakh, very impressed with it for your first bow!  I still haven't attempted a takedown or skin backing so my hat is off to you.  Welcome to PA.

Thank you all, I appreciate your comments.
Pat I am from Uzbekistan.
Canoe in our country, hunting with a bow is banned and as I wrote above no one shoots from the traditional bow - trditional archery does not exist in Uzbekistan   :(

Welcome! That is very fine work sir.  It would seem you are misinformed on one thing. Traditional archery exists there with you!  I am nominating you as the official ambassador of traditional archery in Uzbekistan.  Now you can go forth and recruit others to our shared passion. Once again welcome, we are glad to have you.   Josh

Welcome, very nice first bow. With the rich history of Uzbekistan on the silk trade route there must have been archery in the past. Glad you are keeping it alive in modern times. Keep up the good work and enjoy your new bow.

Thank you Jawge

Sure you're right Shaun, we had very rich archery history. At the Tamerlan's times there were really good and wellknown archers.  However, up to these days this tradition has lost. I haven't seen any bowyer/archer yet, who makes traditional bows in Uzbekistan!   i've seen traditional bows only in museums before. The only thing i can tell is non-traditional bows are quite popular. There are many sport clubs.

Beautifull Skins and a very nice bow. The Tiller looks perfect. Excellent first bow. I have a good friend in the US military and we have hosted some of your Commando's over here three years in a row. I did self defence demostrations against a knife for them, usually after lots of beef steaks, dark bread and too much vodka. :)

If you have to pull the trigger, is it really archery?

Great work on that bow!  As a beginning bowyer I am very impressed with all the challenges you tackled on what became your first shooter, especially those skins.  Can't wait to see your next bow!
