Your higher performing designs seem to be the noisy culprits Eddie. Add to that poor tiller logic, string alignment, limb twist and numerous other conditions. Hard to say what really makes a bow noisy without having it in hand. Got any pics?
What has worked for me to quieten even my worst offenders, and I know this seems improbable, is using a mixed flemish string of FF and B-50. I'm sure folks think I'm just joking whenever I mention this and quickly dismiss it. But it works and works exceptionally well. FF material carries the load, and the B-50 works as a dampener.
