maine primitive

 got back from maine primitive gathering. awesome event. didnt get a chance to do much knapping . did some demos with indirect percussion for awhile but couldnt finish anything. busted a rib or two last week so flintknapping isnt comfortable at the moment. did score big at the trade blanket and from bob berg of thunderbird atlatl. picked up hides some moose cannon bones for knapping, 80 lbs of flint ridge and a huge 25-30 lb rock of arizona basalt. started spalling the basalt a bit. sucks not being able to knap. i'll post some pics soon
