Wow.  I always say that I want to build a horn bow like that...but, honestly, I just want to own one.  That is beautiful.
Goodbye, friends. I never thought I'd die like this. But I always really hoped. ~ Fry

Well...this was the one last piece of straw that broke the camels back. Yes lee I got the bug and now that I can speak I can say this finally broke me down and made me finally order Adam Karpowicz's book. Here's a link for anyone else who may be as inspired as me.

Im almost ready skill level to start the trial n error and long process of horn bows. What am I getting into now???   Lol.

if you are looking to try your hand at making horn bows, Adams book is the only way to go,, no other book will have the tech info that his has, all other books are lacking in several area,, after you start their is only one other thing you will need(PERSAVERANCE)

Great looking bow James.  That sure is a long time to wait to shoot the bow for the first time.  Don't know if I can wait that long.

Take care,
Randy

It's pretty much been said, but those bows have got to represent the pinnacle of the Bowyers art.
So yup, I'll doubtless find myself having a go sometime...
So many bows, so little time ::)
Great bow.

AWESOME BOW! I'm a total beginner and the bows that you turn out leave me shaking my head. If I can learn just a fraction of what you know about building bows someday, I'll be a happy man.
