It's funny how one thing leads to another thing. My last four bows have been BBI and BBO Re/De's. After receiving and shooting the bow from Pat I am putting glued up Re/De blanks aside and dragging out my BL and Hickory staves. The curvy laminated bows are kind of cool but bows straight from the Standing Ones {trees} strike a very old cord in me. Life is strange.

Ahhh, another wanderer brought back into the "true" fold.   ;D

I have piles of staves in various degrees of curing and am CHOMPING at the bit to break into another one.  I have been messing around with Boo and glued up wood lam builds as well BUT there is something organic and very "true" about working a branch, sapling or stave recently cut from a standing tree.
