Ok here's my Montell. Made from Pedernales flint from Junction TX. I wanted it to be a little thinner but things didn't seem to work out today. I might try another.

It' not commen but - have seen one 6" long. Most of the large Montells I've found have been resharpened or broken above the tangs.The avg. Length of the complete ones I've found are about 2.5 to 3 inch
