another piece of raw texas. had a tough time with getting full flake removal. you can see where the flakes stopped traveling . normaly when using the antler punch i have to worry about rooling the opposite edge off when the flakes go to far. these last couple of texas pieces , rolling the edge wasnt a problem.

nice work,you must get tire of hearing that lol

ive been thinking of making a cormer tang or ovoid knife lately
but i dont let myself knapp much lately
gotta bow to finish making
then knapping again

thanks guys. tim ive been trying to get back into bowbuilding myself. damn rock keeps sucking me back in.  ;D

thank you. took me a while to realise that was an "ouch apple"  ;D

most of this was done with hammerstone. which is obvious on the opposite side, random flake scars. the side shown above was finished with the antler punch then dressed with a tine.
