Wow that ax is beautiful. And i am very impressed with the camp. As someone just starting out a viking reenactment persona I would love to see more pictures and historic info on the things that went into making up that camp. ....oh and by the way did i mention wow that ax is beautiful.

Sorry, but I do not have other pics of the camp. If you look closely I think you will find that the woodwork is pretty straight forward to make. Inside the tent you must have two ropes that goes diagonaly from tops to bottom to stiffen up the structure. The iron thing that is used to hang pots from over the fire is a replica from the  Oseberg Viking ship.  Markus.
