First nettle backing, plus dog treat bow (video)

I wish I could figure out how to put a youtube video in a thread. Oh well. I think it looks kinda stupied. I think it's actully heavier than a sinew backing would be. Probably won't do this again. I know I could paint over it, thats probably what ill do. Ill tiller it here in a couple days. The molly will be my first molly, and is basically plagiarizing halfeyes style short molly. :)

   Let us know how it dose never seen a nettle back bow before.
  I think I read along time back that plant fibers disengage with time. The moisture in the plants the reason. But I'm not sure so don't quote me on that.

Not so! That nettle has a very "green man of the woods" sort of camo to it  :).  I for one wouldn't mind seeing how it shoots!  I think it looks good!

I have a hickory flat bow backed with hemp thread applied like that...its not too heavy I don't think.  The bow still shoots hard and sweet.  No handshock.

Keep those tips light as you can and the backing shouldnt hurt
