I'm wondering to how far this bow will launch a shaft. I currently only have arrows that are spined to 45lbs so im gonna have to shoot with 3/8 war arrows which won't do to bad considering that this bow pulls 65 at 30 inches. Better to shoot overspined than underspined arrows

Good job, I was your age when I started. Its looking very nice. You may want to thin out the tips a little bit, it will look better and also remove unnecessary mass.

Very well done! You handled the character in the bottom limb very well too. Looks like a BOM contender to me!  8)

Very nice job, that wasn't an easy a stave to work.  Lately I've been struggling a little to pull 60lbs, looks like you're headed towards much higher draw weights.  Congratulations, you did well.  Let us know how it shoots.  Good luck with the other stave.

Thanks George. It will probably be a while before I start on that other stave. Gotta make some new arrows and then I will just enjoy this bow and perhaps start on that other stave in a month or so

hey there YOUNGBOWYER,

it is nice to see the young people taking up the ENDEAVOUR.  i would like to pick your brain a bit.  what are your other dimensions(length and width and etc.)? i am working on a stave  much like yours but am afraid i will not be able to keep the D-shape standard for the warbow/longbow.  were you able to keep the d-shape profile?  what about a handle wrap, any consideration for your bow?
