Rhydrating bows

How long do you guys let bows sit to rehydrate before bending them again after you heat treat them or put heat bends into them? I usually wait a week but do you think I could get away with three or four days?

what little heat work ive done,i let them sit a week
also depends on the the rh is at the time
a little longer is better,than not long enough  ;)

 It depends on the humidity and where you store them. If it's anytime but winter here I'll work on it the next day.

I'm pretty new to heat treating, just doing Hazel bow, it's had 4 heat treatments during tillering, I've given it 2-3 days minimum after each.
I think it needed longest after the first, the later ones have been more of a top up and seemed to get going quicker.
Mind it's been humid here, if it's not raining then it just about to, or it's just stopped. Getting chilly too.
