hey I would like to know if i am on track, and also if i should try to brace it now I think i need to get it bending a bit more a little past mid limb.. I hope the picture works well and you can actually see it.

I would agree. left limb., mid limb.
hard to tell much more this early in the game.
get thatleft bending then brace it

Stay away from the fades and do most of your scraping from mid limb out. You shouldn't brace the bow until you have 8" to 10" of tip movement and both limbs are bending evenly and together. Then, brace it at 3" to 4" to check string alignment and even bending. You could shorten your tiller string to where it just fits between nocks now. That will give you a truer reading.

okay i took some more off and shortened the string. here is where i am at.

hope the pics okay. I've pulled the bow to almost full draw a couple of times(not braced), and it looks okay. I need to make a string for it though all my others don't work. Been a while since i made a string and i forget how to do the loop, but once it's made the bow could be done (unsanded) by tonight or tomorrow. I think it still needs a little bit ore off the last third of each limb i think. thanks for looking

You really shouldn't pull to full draw until you slowly work your way there. You will cause string follow and worse by doing so. By doing so, and especially on the long string you are getting a false reading. The long string should only be used until the tips move 8" to 10" and then if everything is good go to a low brace. Patience is your most important tool.
  Being that you have pulled to full draw I'd say go ahead and brace the bow at 3" to 4" and see how it looks.
