Just found found a divet on the back of this piece of Juniper, Its about 3/32 deep at the most and 1" long, would like to know how you would go about repairing it, it is about 3 " from the fade towards the tip and 2:00 o'clock on the side. Thanks Phillip

ive done this in the past
for gouges and divet like depressions on the sides and belly
mix some wood dust from the bow with tbII or tbIII glue
fill int the spot, let it dry and snad or rasp smooth and blend it in
i always wanted a harley, untill it became the "thing to ride"
i ride because i love to,not to be part of the crowd

Phil, you might be able to use steam to bring the wood back out some. Use a damp towel and a cloths iron. I have heard of folks doing this to repair wood furniture.
