Hickory Shoot-NC Trad Championships Memorial Day weekend
« on: May 19, 2010, 05:25:23 pm »
Who's coming this year? This is a great shoot, one you don't want to miss. Usually a bunch of us PA people there shooting, knapping, and who knows what else. Rumor has it that there will be a catfish fry this year in the caveman area. ;D

Gonna try to make it down for at least a day. Hopefully all day saturday.

Alan, you can work any time. ;D If you have to work, come down after work and eat some catfish.

I plan on being there Saturday.  Had hoped to get over there Friday, too, but I've got to pick up the dog from the vet and go to preschool graduation.

BTW, if anybody has some extra arrows laying around that would match up with a 51# R/D longbow I'd love to buy some.  Anything works, I just need something to fling.  Don't think I'm going to get my cane ones done in time.

I'd sure like to Steve but as of now it's not looking good for me making it to this one.  :'(  :'( Maybe something will change but I might have to wait until Pat's to see you all.
