Well, I made one small change. Ya'll have got me spoked with all the talk about rain and waking up with 3 or 4 inches of water in your tent. I didn't want to wake up to find I was floating on a raft instead of a blow up matress. So I decided to buy a cot and spleeping bag. I should be good for at least 8 or 10 inches of water.

I just checked the weekend weather for clarksville, I hate to break to ya but there calling for thunder showers every day now....lol.  I wouldn't expect anything less.....lol.

Those of us who go every year have evolved vestigal gills. They come in handy with the rain, and then you don't breath as much silica dust from the knapping pit, either.

Unfortunately, Eddie's dead on. It starts raining like a cow peeing on a flat rock every year the very minute that I pull up. We'll be down about dark Thursday afternoon.
