walnut reflex deflex

this is a walnut board that half eye sent me months ago it is edge grained 65 1/2 inches tip to tip . 1 3/4 wide at the fades tapers last 12 inches to 3/8th nocks . i steamed in reflex ,and the deflex could be called set but im calling it deflex ! handle is real narrow with hickory added for depth. wrapped with tanned deer skin and a glued on walnut arrow rest. i would like to thank rich for a great board and a lot of knowledge from looking at his work and conversations with him ! and the rest of you great bowyers for sharing your knowledge , im not ruining wood like i used to ! forgot to mention 46 lbs at 28 inches

       That is one fine looking self bow.....think yer wife's going to have to change her saying....speakin of your wife, that's a fine looking boy ya got there  ;D

Well now Ken looks like ur finally made it out of shark infeasted waters!  Im glad to see you are producing bows.  Nice R/D its not too difficult to make them and it has some nice curves to it especially when drawn back!  Hey stop texting me and give me a call I want to chat real quick my kid is keeping me up so no sense of trying to sleep now.  Ken nice bow good work brother!

thanks everyone for the nice comments, rich he's a good boy , this is the easiest sweetest shooting bow i have part because the walnut and part because the narrow handle more center shot . but i love the walnut if you run across anymore you dont want i'll bend it, AA my phone died its charging now. thanks to all

I really like the shape of that bow.  The gentle recurves and your excellent tillering has produced a beautiful bow.  Great job on that one!
