yew wood question

is it possible to make a yew bow just out of heart wood..dont get me wrong.i love the sap and heart wood.but,i really cant remeber seeing just a heart wood bow..john

I would also suggest its quite rude and it makes anything you write difficult to read, I personally would be grateful if you stopped doing it.

John, many of the West Coast Native Americans use yew heartwood , some with sinew and some without. Most of Ishi's bows were heartwood yew I believe.
