Happy Valentines day ME (johns wife)

Hi all, this is Blacktails wife, For Valentines day, I didnt get a diamond necklace, a box of chocolates, nor a dozen roses, BUT what I did get was worth WAY more to me. My hubby made me this, and modeling my NEW bow is my lovely hubby. It is Vine Maple with rattlesnake skin. It is an 1 1/2 at fade outs, tapers to 1/2 tips, it is 60 inches ntn, and 5 inch brace height, weighing in at 50 lbs. We have not put the handle on yet but I couldnt wait to show you all yet. I put the string wrap on and I had no idea it was for me :) Keenen, your wife and I are pretty lucky gals to have such great hubbies! THANK YOU BLACKTAIL!

darn cool....wish my wife would hand me a bow, instead of one of our 3 kids....lol....great present and beautiful work

Wow John you are sure kicking out some nice bows. Good for you and Congratulations Niki, You do have a great man by your side. I'll have Lulyn look at this later and chime in. I'm sure she'll love it.

THANK YOU SO MUCH..the snake skin was a new journey and i had no idea how much it stretches when re hydrated..AND MAN,should have seen the look on my wife's face..i think she thought i was messing around with her when i told her HAPPY VALENTINES DAY.....GORDON,GORDON,GORDON..i only have two loves in my life my wife and vm...BUT,my wife would say that the wood is before her...LOL..john

JOhns wife again, Yes, I am very lucky and I didnt have any idea it was for me. I havent got to shoot it yet but am very excited to give it a try! John is putting out some amazing bows and I am so very proud of him! Thanks for all your kind words !
