More of Chuck projects in the works. Me putting nocks and tips ready on my Persimmon bow and getting it on the tiller stick. Chuck doing some straighting on and Osage bow. Michael came in with a new TwinOaks sign,ERC and looks very good.It will go at the top of the drive as you come in. :) Dump truck hit the old one and broke it.Thanks Michael. :) :)

Putting a sinew patch on Michael's Cherry bow,hope it holds. :-\
Chucks Osage off the form and ready for nocks.Will making up some bullets and his Yew/Osage spliced. Looking good so far. :)

Little picking and grinning around the fire. GregB shooting his new Recurve Allen made for him. :) Cutting out Jon's brother Dan's Hickory bow.Greg and Will helping Allen with a Hickory lay out. :)

KingRon giving lessons on something. :-\ ;) :) Art shows up for the day,he will be 80 in Feb.Hope I hold up that good. :) Me putting some skins on Ron's Grandson
Memphis's bow we made last week. Making staves out of the big Walnut we cut beside the cabin,I think we wound up with 7 good staves. :) and lot of handle wood. :)

More walnut splitting and then we loaded up and went to the GumSprings Church event.Had a really nice time and meet a lot of new folks which is always good. :) :)

Will doing some napping demo's.Everyone loved that. Our table set up,people loved looking at all our stuff. BigA and Allen took care of the shooting part,I think they said they had over 60 kids shoot.Great job guys. :)

More at the event. then some fun around the fire on our return to the Cabin. One more Hickory laid out.That's it for the weekend.Hope you enjoyed it as much as we did. Now back to the grind. ;) :) Life is Good. :) That's for sure.

We do have a good time Matt,wished yall were all closer. :( Sometimes I have to much going on,right now I have 3 knives in the works,2 hides to de hair or stretch,a Persimmon bow to tiller and still sealing Gabe's recurve I put the skins on. O ya almost forgot the 20 scouts coming in a few weeks. Also got a bunch of supplies from Grizzly yesterday so need to get all the saws and sanders up in good shape for the Classic, and a shoot coming up in mid March. :)busy,busy. :)

Seabass and myself for sure in March, and a maybe for Brother Dan.  Do you need help with the scouts? If Miss Dwn don't have anything going on I'd love to come down and help with that. Depending on the weather sounds like a good ride on the Harley.

Love to have you Bear, it is the last weekend of Feb.22/23/24. :) We plane on show and tell Friday evening ,like we did the last time. To show them with a full stave how we got to the point they are at now and let the draw for blanks ,then start Saturday morning in earnest building the bows.  :)
