It was another fun weekend. In between putting hickory bows on the forms in preparation for the boy scouts, I layed out a couple of hhb bows from a stave. Also a pic of Art with teaching some of the kids some of the finer points of shooting. ;D

I can't forget to thank Wolfwatcher for the very nice gift he sent me. I'm sorry but I don't know what the proper name for it is...an Indian warclub? It is beautiful work both with the leather carrying pouch and the actual club. The club is made out of osage and had Tennessee quarters inlaid at each end. It is very nice and I really appreciate it!  ;)

I had a great time. Great food, great weather, and great friends. Don't get any better than that. Got to see Beau and his wife. You can tell they are glad to be back. Also, visited one of the boys, Jerry Harris, he just  had brain surgery, he's doing find, looks good, just keep him in your prayers. And I shot good for a change.

Like Dan said had a great time.  Thanks to Mark and all the Twin Oaks Boys for a great time.  Dawn and myself had a hoot.
And dan it took me 6 hours to get back ran into a traffic jam this side of Louisville.

Mark looks like I can get out of here Friday around noon so I should be there around 4 or 5 your time.  I'm giong to get started on the arrows tonite or tomarrow.  Wow to weeks in a row of the good life,  don't know if I'll be able to go back to regular life.
Thanks again!!!
