Greg missed a meal

Greg,
I have a batch of sour dough biscut dough and the wild rice & cranberry stuffing for them extra thick pork chops Pappy is hauling to Cloverdale + a bottle of your yellow plum wine and some sweet potato's to bake in the coals,

Are you sure you want to hang out at home cutting firewood all weekend, Heck if it is saw dust you need I would let you scrape my Osage stave to a growth ring for me while you were sitting around the camp fire!!

Did I mention that I had some fresh peaches for the cobbler!
Anyway we will see ya on Monday

I think this is the right topic:

Last week Dusty came to visit me and now I have to say THANKS!
He brought me some of the goodies you gave him at the classics. THANKS AGAIN!
I have seen his fine new bows and this weekend I had the honour to shoot "Two deers" and I only can say: Greg, this is very very good bow - good looking - good performance - and I understand why the name is "two deers" ;)

THANKS the third ;D

Thanks Andreas, I think it is one of the best performing bows I've made. ;)

Yes Greg he does.
No Pat, Marius is German. He likes beer A LOT.  He has to lean against the wall. Therefore he is making a 2 point stance when standing and a 3 point stance when taking a leak.  ;D Justin

will you two stop?  that's embarrassing   ;D

yes, andrew and i had some fun on sunday.  two deer made some beautiful shots.  i remembered pat and i talking about shot placement at the classic and the moment i found the spot, the arrow struck the very spot.  not every time, but when it did, i was unbelievably proud.  greg, i can't tell you how happy i am with this bow.  if i ever figure out what it takes to hunt in the US, two deer will be at my side.

Marius, I'm really happy you like it. I think it's cool that a bow I made is being enjoyed by a friend across the Atlantic.  ;)

Did I mention that bow harvested "2 deer"? ;D

I havn't done a very good job of filling in for Pappy in his absense. I did carry a truck load of firewood to the club Saturday, so maybe he'll forgive my lack of pictures. When I'm at home, I can't compete with the fun times going on at the club. ;)

Greg, isn't taking firewood to the club like taking coal to Newcastle? ??? From what I saw, there was a lifetime supply of firewood at the club.  ::)
You spent all weekend eating all of Pappy's food and didn't want it documented for fear of reprisal!  ;D     Pat
