You are welcome Steve, spent the last couple of days working up meat and getting our gear a taken care of, we wound up with about 150 lbs of Elk burger and 60/70 lbs of steaks and roast, and 70 lbs of Bear burger and about 40 lbs of steaks and roast so the freezers are full, lots of work but lots of fun and appreciation also. We also got our big tent set up and cleaned, just need to let it dry out and then put it away till the next adventure. By the way the bear burger is great and Miss Joanie already cook a bear roast and I don't think I have eaten anything better, seems bear get a bad rep from some but I don't understand why. GregB and Bucky helped with the trim work and the help was much appreciated.
