Good luck with getting something going Chief RID, it's been life changing for me. Started with just a few like minded folks and grew over the years ,some come and some go but the core always seems to stay together.

You are right Bob, Yew makes a great bow but sometimes unpredictable.

I really don't have a clue what happened, I didn't violate the sap wood at all,
tiller looked very good. It blew in a little dark spot on the back but I have seen lots worse looking area's in Yew with no problems,

if fact the one I finished last year and have shot a bunch has worse looking stuff than that all over it, that is the only thing I don't like about Yew, seems to be no rhyme or reason to it sometime.
