Jeff made him a new Jig to put the tapper on his knife blades, it seemed to work great. :) Some relaxing around a good fire after a long day. :)

Pappy,
What's the length on the Mulberry?  I've got some Mulberry, but the staves are kind of short, coming in at around 61 inches

If so, I need to have a talk with him.

Thanks

An evening in the woods is an evening well spent, in my opinion.  I'm kinda partial to dinners as well.

Yes it does and yes they are Jesse, great to hear from you the other week, ;) :) can't wait till you can make a trip back. :) Friday and headed to the farm as soon as I can get away, got a few Honey do's for Miss Joanie [new fridge delivered house and cabin] and then planning on hunting this evening if the rain holds off. I would also like to get my Yew out to 20 inches or so and back on the form for some tip flipping and a little reflex and tweaking. :) :) Beau and I bought a new meat grinder and he is supposed to bring it down so we can set it up, need to kill a deer to test it out. ::) ;) :) :) We got the biggest one Cabela's had, 1 3/4 horse and says it will grind 18-22 lbs a minute so that should get the job done in a hurry  ;) :) Just a man thing I guess but I like bigger in about anything I buy it's not always better but most times it is. ;) :) Hope y'all have a good one see y'all Monday. Life is Good. :) :)

With as many deer as Beau is dropping this season you needed the heavy duty grinder.
I started out with nothin' and I still got most of it left
