Yep DC it would have. What a great few days off, lots of hunting, again no deer for me but Beau just keeps stacking them up. Not much time in the shop either, by the time your up at 4am hunt till 10 or 11 and back at at 2 till dark, then supper and you got to sleep sometimes, things pick back up in the shop and around the club after the November rush is over with the deer. Anyway getting to spend some time in the woods and cabin with my son was really relaxing and I enjoyed it a lot. Here are some pictures of the fun. :) :) Getting the week started off right. 140lb 7 point, yep my 1,100.00 deer. ???

Sally's new bedding, the weather is fixing to turn really cold. Supper, fresh venison with fried sweet and red taters. Yum. :) Michael getting ready for an evening hunt. :) :)

Beau is the man. Think he's gonna need a bigger freezer.  Kevin might too.  Tell them congrats. Where did Michaels 7 come from?  :o

Off the a joining farm [Don's place] Smoke pole, that took 3 last week off of Don's. Don/Michael and Don's daughter. We have taken 12 off of my place so far this season. I seen 4 doe/2 buttons and 2 nice Bucks pushing them yesterday morning, close but no cigar so their is still plenty around. :) Now with a smoke pole it would be a lot different story. ;) :) I had to help Don's daughter get hers out ,Don was out of town that evening. It was a really nice 8 , as was Don's both in the 140/150/lb class . :)

Thanks for posting the picture Pappy. And yes her deer weighed 8 pounds more than my doe.  :)  They were both muzzleloader kills. TC encores. Was very thankful to get some meat.  Our freezer was very, very, low.  That was Debbie's first buck and third deer overall.  All three ML kills.  She had a bigger buck within 15 yards Wednesday with her bow in hand, but didn't get a shot.  Tell Don and daughter nice deer when you see them.
