Will and Chuck trying out a jig to get the first cut on a log straight so they can cut slats, seemed to work great. :) Don still at it,I think he is hooked already. :) Jon's overlays finished. :) Beau showed up with a late Father's day gift, ratchet straps,he knows how I need them for all my stands, very much appreciated,I love to get gifts I can use. ;) :) :)

Got my Osage out to 53@25 yesterday, shot it about 50 shots, also got the shelf/grip area worked out like I wanted. A little more tweaking on the weight and tiller and it should be good to go. It has a couple of knots in the fad area and comes out of the handle at different angles on each limb, also several ripples in each limb so it has been a bugger to try and get right. Lots of flipping back and forth to see what it is really looking like.  ;)  :)

That bridge looks like it is up pretty high it should last a long time now.

Ya we put it that way because we have had the other one knocked out several times, the water never gets to it but big tree stumps come down the creek from time to time and will take it out,we plan on building a stair case and wanted it high enough where any stumps/logs would pass under without a problem,I think it will now. :) :) If this works like we think it will we plan on another one beside the other swinging bridge on the far end of the camping area. :)

It looks really strong I think you guys did a great job on it. Been thinking of doing the same here on the creek. With all the other projects on the table it is kinda down on the list for now. Keep the pictures coming it has been fun watching it come together.
