Weird moose antler handled knife
« on: October 30, 2009, 07:42:10 pm »
Found this ugly old moose antler chunk in the shop and for some reason  all I could think was knife..Handforged and left semi rough a 1095 steel blade that runs around 11"..Kind of a riflemans style knife but yet a bowie style to..Handle was left natural with minimum sanding runs around 6 1/2"..I really dont know why but when I seen this antler buried on the shealf I thought it would make a dandy primitive knife..Besides they all cant be pretty..
