Yes VenomB, I know what you mean about blending in so much that you go unnoticed. I had similar experiences when I decided to focus more fully on scent management. Once, as I walked into my treestand area, I had to cross a primary deer trail. And shortly after I got settled in, I saw a large doe slowly walking down that same trail with nose to the ground. I figured she'd scent me, but no, she just kept walking and didn't even pause at the spot were I crossed her trail... We eat well that night.
I'm glad to hear that your Ghillie Suite is working for you - sounds great. I guess not everyone hunts in the very thick tag alder wetlands as I often do. Especially now that I'm strictly a ground hunter, I think it would be really cool and helpful to put one of those suites on after I got to my ground blind. I've been spotted out by deer too many times.
