I am looking to layout a 52in kids bow, what handle length and fades does every one use?

The few kids bows I've done, I used a 3" handle and 1 1/2 fades, probably could go with a smaller handle depending on the child's age.

You could probably get away with a roughed in 3/8" limb thickness or 7/16" if you want to really play it safe. I'm assuming you're working with osage...what kind of draw weight are you after?

I have used 3 to 3 1/2 inch handles with 1 1/2 inch fadeouts for bows as short as 40 inches. These were almost all hickory board bows.
