horn sinew assyrian

hi. I just made interesting bow . Horn and sinew , asyrian shape and static recurve. 50 lb , 130 cm.

beautifull and expert workmanship, looks well made, how does it shoot?  and  did you cover  it in leather like the turkish bows and  what paint did you use??

black painting only on recurve ,black leather handle , horn and snake skin. Shoot realy nice , fast , realy pleasure.

Hickory core , elm recurve tips , water buffalo horns by Peter Cua from Philiphines , a little sinew , not much. Water snake skin. 4 mm horn 6 mm hickory. I used hide glue. I made bows from one piece of wood in asian style but this is my first horn bow and I have worry , but work very sweet and Im very satisfied O:)
